i'm thinking it has to do with the dragon age sequel. or maybe it's an announcement that bioware will now be know as ea canada. >:-) i know they have a texas site, but they're much better known for their office in canada.

Yes, I think it would explain some things, because it's both on DA and ME2 sites, So the romance pack is a fair shot, would be so cool and yet wierd DLC.

I am thinking, Next DLC maybe Expansion for DA, and ME2's first expansion, since ME also has DLC coming. .
having watched a recent interview about the new DLC coming from ME2, was said they have plans for more pay content DLC for ME, as well as a sizable content add.

The announcement has to be something worthy of a countdown. Multiple DLC packs for DA and ME, expansions for both, or sequels. A single DLC, in-game items, and even a new patch just aren't worthy of a countdown.

I'm just hoping it's not more DLC being released only a couple weeks after the overpriced expansion. They seem to be falling into the EA trap of releasing more pay-for-content right after releasing the full game and that really irks me.

I prefer story and/or character focused DLC over map and weapon packs. Dragon Age's DLC is a step in the right direction.

Huh. That's pretty crazy. Although I'm not sure they would have a big countdown thing just for that. It seems like it'd be for something bigger.
Although a romance pack idea doesn't sound half bad.
