can't connect to online profile ...since like ever!...

It stopped connection since mid November and even when it did connect it never worked.... now it is March and every time i load up DAO or awakenings it says unable to connect to online profile stoarge. The game has encountered an error. which is annoying.... can they fix this? cause basically i can't even show off my character on this website...simply cause they have an earror on all of them and it won't sync... I been a avid fan of bioware since Kotor 1 came out and bought every game they made since then....and would love to see this small thing get fixed.

Go to your profile here on the site and delete all the characters, should fix itself within a few days. I've done it twice now, you won't lose anything in-game because all this is is stats.
