At the beginning of the horizon mission during the first assault of enemies the Xbox show me a message like "clean the disk" and game stops running! HAHA, I've installed the game onto hdd. Tried it several times, rebooting console, but still after killing 2~3 enemies, boom!
Please help!!! Latest patch and all available DLC already installed.

After some investigation I find a solution. I had Jack in my team with her new alternative outfit (the new DLC) with me. And then it crashed. If I use Jack's normal outfit all went fine. So I tested it many times. Running the level 4 times in a row with normal outfit = all was fine and then running with Jack's new outfit and, boom! Then again 4 times with normal outfit and one more time with her new outfit and again, boom!
From my point of view the recent DLC with the new outfits is buggy.
To support: Please patch ASAP or can I get back my 160 MicrosoftPoints for this buggy DLC?

This happens everytime when you have a crew-member with the new outfit at a mission, if you direct it to a place or use his/her abillitys, then the game crash!

Hi Michael, thank you for your response. I am playing the german version (purchased at a shop in germany) on XBox 360 and I got the DLC from the german XBox live marketplace. I am always online so it should be the latest version available.

Yap just confirmed this issue - the game crashed with the armor DLC "active" on Garrus. Restarted the mission with his standard outfit and everything worked fine.

While I realize the error your experiencing isn't exactly the same as the one addressed, I couldn't hurt to check it out. Maybe it'll give you a temporary solution.

Hi there,
I have the exact same problem on two different Missions: a) on the "Help Zaeed" Mission and
on the "Help Jacob Mission".
- I have the german Collectors Edition for the XBOX 360!
- I talked to the XBOX support for over 30 minutes without any results!
- in both Missions I used Garrus with his new DLC outfit!
- after a few battling shots I get the "Disc can not be read - 1. Clean disc with soft cloth 2. Restart Console" - Message and the game forces me to back out into the XBOX-Dashboard
- Zaeeds Mission is on Disc ONE and Jacobs Mission is on Disc TWO!!!!
- I downloaded the Firewalker package and the three new outfits for Garrus, Jack and Thane yesterday, BUT: the Firewalker download took my console OVER 4 Hours for any onknown reason!!
- I uninstalled the Firewalker package and Zaeed and re-downloaded both, but it didn't help. Only difference was that the Firewalker download now only took me about 5 minutes!
IF using the default costumes for those three characters mentioned above helps solving the problem (which I have not tried yet), I will post my results again!
I AM REALLY DESPERATE AND AGGRAVATED AND IF THE DLC-OUTFITS ARE FAULTY, I'D KINDLY ASK FOR EITHER A REFUND OF MY 160MSP OR A FIXING-PATCH! OR (if possible) A FREE DLC CODE FOR ME2!

This is in fact a DLC issue on NON English builds of the game.It's being looked into.It's the AAP DLC that's causing the problem specifically. Not the Hammerhead missions.

same for me. Italian Edition. playing through for the second time, samara mission, with jack and the new dlc costume, as soon as i enter the first fight the disc error message pops up...
I'll try starting the mission again WITHOUT dlc costumes...and let you know!

For me I can confim the costumes to be fixed. I deleted the costume dlc and redownloaded it. No more errors.
