Can anyone confirm this?

I wish they were released on CD's though. I'm not too fond of digital downloads, and I'd like a CD to go along with my ME1 OST CD. I also would love all the club music on a CD. If there was an announcement for something like a CD pack with all the tracks on, I'd love to buy that

I thought Amazon had separate links for non-North American customers? Also, someone said it's on the Zune Marketplace. I've never used that before, so I don't know if there's any restrictions or not, but maybe that will work?

Anyway, has anyone tried the Amazon.co.uk link? I don't know how the zoning thing works or what restrictions Amazon has for other countries, but that is definitely pretty lame if non-US countries can't get a copy.
I wish I could be more helpful :-\\

The only way I'd ever consider paying for this OST is if they'd release a hard copy in a jewel case, with a nice booklet and everything.searanox wrote...
I like how they want me to pay for music I could just extract from the game files myself.
I find it hard to pay for 'digital releases', when I can just get the same amount of enjoyment from youtubbing it. Having a hard copy is different though. it's nice, and something for the collection. I wish they had my kind of customers more in mind

Just do some reading before, Ok?:

But anyway, that being said, this being the first major game OST I was involved in, I can definitely say that I wish like many of you that I could have a physical copy to put my hands on, but it's probably just not going to happen. But I hope that won't stop you guys from buying the soundtrack and continuing to support the series!
To Future: the collector's ed came with a limited digital version of the original OST. Since I myself bought a collectors ed I also wish I'd received a physical disc, and I'm not exactly sure why they didn't release the full OST with it, but I imagine that it probably would have affected sales of the separate OST.
Hope that sheds some light on a couple of those questions/comments. Thanks for your continued support of the Wall of Sound team, everyone. It really means a lot to read so many of the kind comments you have all left us about the game's music!

Too bad I don't live in the United States... and too bad that I don't care much either way. EULAs are by and large illegal and/or overruled by the laws of the land, so whatever's claimed in there doesn't really matter - not to mention the fact that one often only gets to see the EULA after purchasing, not before, and thus it isn't a valid and legally contract to begin with.Turian Antiquarian wrote...

Ideologically speaking, I can make backup copies of a game for my own use and convenience, and I will. I don't pirate anything anymore these days, and I respect the work that game developers do, but I think it's ludicrous to ask people to pay for music they have in one format but not another.

I really have been waiting for this Combat soundtrack, and the music (along with the rest of the music in the Mass Effect series) is just amazing! Other composers and editors should listen and learn from all of this- I couldn't imagine the Mass Effect universe sounding any other way, and it keeps getting better and better.
Thank you and thanks to everyone who brought us all of these awesome soundtracks!
The series of Mass Effect 2 soundtracks is complete, but maybe there will be a Mass Effect 2 DLC soundtrack in the future! That would be awesome, too, of course!!
For now though, I can't believe how lucky we are to have all of this music! Thanks again.
