I have my receipt that came in the box when I preordered ME2, and it has an order #, item #, and another unspecified number above the exact price (all of which I put into the redeem promo code and nothing happened.). There is not anything else on the page and idk how to ge the terminus armor! Please help!
P.S. Is that alternate appearance pack with the firewalker pack or must it be purchased separately? Thanks ahead of time.

You can only get that Terminus armor if your pre-ordered the game and gotten the bonus card. it does not come with the game.
As fro the appereance, its a seperate purchase.

The pre-order code will not be on a receipt. it from a card that they would have given you at the time of pre-order. if you didnt get one, then they could have been sold out, and nothing you can do.
