Maybe I am stupid, but I have no idea how to download the Firewalker Pack on my PC.

When I start Mass Effect 2, the game starts as usual and the Cerberus network activates.

However, when I click on "New content available" my browser opens and I am redirected to a page where I can buy the new "Alternate
Appearance Pack 1 (Garrus, Thane, Jack)", nothing else.

My Cerberus registration always worked, and I successfully downloaded the Assault armor, the Arc projector, the bonus missions and so on.

Any idea why I can't download the Firewalker pack?

What am I doing wrong???

Happening to me too. All my old DLC download links have disappeared. "Alternate Appearance Pack 1 (Garrus, Thane, Jack) " and "Cerberus Network (redeem your code)" is all I see now on the Official DLC page.

The "Official DLC" page lists only the paid DLCs (Kasumi will show up there, when it's released), the free DLCs are on the page i linked above.

That page is accessible from your left-hand panel: Profile -> Your registered game promotions.

Haha, it took me a heck of a time to find my DLC the first time I went looking for it too. I remember that page now that I see it.

im trying to get the pack but when im on the biowear web site for mass effect 2 it says i have to redeam my code which i have already used on the game (confused) but when i try to get to it from in game i get sent to the alternate looks page, can any1 help

The Firewalker DLC is a major disappointment. I'm shocked it was released in this state. I've done 3 missions, but I found it so soul-crushingly bad I can't face doing the others.

I tend to agree mostly because if you die anywhere in the mission the entire mission is restarted and there is no way to save as each location is mined. Wouldn't be too bad if there was an autosave or manual save available at each mining location.

why is this sooo difficult to locate? Is this bioware's first website? Someone should shoot the girl running this place. Make for some nice renagade points. Maybe +1.
