I tried to use the search function and it's useless.  Where is the silverite mines again, or better yet where do I get the better  minerals.  Also Justice's personal quest do you have to go to the city with him in your party or can you change when you get there?

Silverite is in Wending Woods. I had him in my party on the way to the city.
