For some reason awakening won't accept my installed langauge.

I checked the configuration and it's set to "en-us".

It also has a setting for "English", but when I try to select "english" for the language, when I go to save it reverts back to "en-us".

Is there a fix for this?

indeed it is, besides the point though, the point being that it won't let me install dragon age awakening because of language issues.

did you bought an european version? (en-GB or en-UK?)

Nope, says it's only available to the US, so seems highly unlikely. Although dealer might have gotten them swapped, seems likely too after looking at the EULA.

Ah wait seems to be working now. Seems I somehow made an error when I extracted the file, and things got a bit hairy. Tne setup file I tried to use is probably from an interrupted extraction of the zip file.

Hopefully, I won't have any more issues.

I got the same error after downloading awakening over Origin. Anyone have the same problem?
