I just recently purchased Awakenings and tried playing it, but now it and Origins both freeze upon trying to load the games after getting everything situated with an imported or new character. I've tried various methods uninstalling DLC and trying completely new and fresh characters, removing the hard drive from the system to see if maybe an update or such could be responsible, but still get the same freezing at the same spot.
The console is brand new and Awakenings is brand new Origins I've had since release and never had a problem with it up until now.

No one else has heard of this or had this happen to them? I was told it might be due to the last patch or so and is a problem with the character creator, but that it was with Awakenings. Which doesn't explain why even with the update uninstalled the game never goes past character creation.
