I am unable to download the firewalker pack.  When I click on the new content available in the game it takes me to:

Where I can chose to buy the Alternate Appearance Pack 1 and that is it.  There is no free download.

I'm also having the same problem at the moment. Also it now seems my account no longer shows that I even have the Cerberus network set up.

Nevermind, just go here after clicking the new content on the in-game menu: http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

Obviously a bug, but this page should list the download (if you are entitled). I don't get why the download/installation can't just be done in the background in-game rather than having to use the site - it's all a bit manual and not user-friendly.

Don't mean to sound ungrateful though - thanks for the free DLC : )

i just spent ages trying to find support because the social network no longer showed my game as registered or attached to this account was getting a bit pissed off !

Thanks mate. Not happy with Bioware/EA for making it so obscure when it should be easy. Free DLC is awesome, but it's also a bribe for buying the game new, so don't make it so damn difficult next time.

Thanks from me as well... Bioware are really trying our patience recently, after the mess of a patch they released for Dragon Age I was quite upset with these unnecessary complications with downloading this content.
