Hi. Sorry for my bad english.
I downloaded the Pack 1 containing new clothes for Garrus, Thane and Jack. And it crashes the game:
- Mass Effect 2 is copied on my hard disc, it's a FRENCH version of the game.
- I started a side quest (where you've to save a wounded Quarian from varrens), and took Garrus and Mordin. Of course I changed Garrus's clothes for the new ones.
- After starting fighting the varren, I got a "This disc is unreadable" message, and I had to return to the Xbox dashboard.
- I reloaded the game, and took Garrus (still with his new clothes) and Miranda. The game crashed again, 5~10 seconds after starting the fight.
- 3rd try: Garrus again, but with his former clothes, all was fine and I finished the mission.
Doubtful, I wanted to try on an other side mission. I found the one where you activate a mecka and follow it through a raffinery. No fight here, except two Varrens. I gave an order to Garrus (who got his new clothes again), and the Game crashed instantly. Can you help me please?

Same here, I downloaded the new alternate appearance pack and it makes the game crash. I got both version of the game here, english and french, on the english version all works well, but if you play french version, as soon as you are in combat and that one of your team mate with new outfit show himself in the camera angle, the game crash instantly. Sadly theres probably nothing to do about it apart from waiting for a fix/patch from bioware. I hope it comes soon, or that it comes at all... those suits still cost MS points you know.

This is a copy of my post about a clean disc error during Jack's loyalty mission :
I've downloaded the appearance pack and started her Loyalty Mission but just after the firt varens attack i had the error message. Several time later also. I don't know if it's an issue with the DLC or not. I' ve tried to play that mission with Thane and Jack new appearance and had a lot of errors like that. In order to test my cd i have downloaded the game on my HD and the problem remains. Also I have downloaded again the DLC pack. French xbox version.
But when i have played again that mission with the standard appearance i had no issue. It's only with the new appearance that i have a clean disc error. After that i played with Thane and Garrus new appearance a little on Tuchanka to buy an upgrade and had no disc error.

On PC with a french version of the game the characters speak english now during an action sequence when they wear the alternative appearance. Normally they speak french... It could be a hint about the origin of the bug for the xbox 360...

What i believe is that the xbox 360 version of the game has the dirty disc bug because the english audio files are not on the disc and so the game crashs because the pack has not the correct "address" for the french audio files.

Since this is about the Alternate Appearance Pack I’m not going to start a new thread but add my issue to your list. I'm a US gamer.
I’ve noticed that since I installed the appearance pack that in the 2 side quest missions I’ve played a squad mate will get stuck someplace and never move. The first time I had Garrus and Jack. Jack got stuck and wouldn’t move. The second time it was with Thane and Jacob. I lost Jacob someplace and he didn’t get a new outfit.
Anyone else having a similar problem? I hope this isn’t a lead in to a system crash.
I hope you guys overseas can get this crash problem fixed.
