This is driving me crazy. Every time I go to play, the servers are not available. I have a good internet connection, and am connected to XBox Live.

I read about the "fix" for this here at the Bioware forums, I did it and it worked for a while... basically deleting my DLC from Bioware codes, then re-downloading them. Then I downloaded Awakenings from XBox Live. Now, once again, I can no longer load my old DA Origins saves, and the Dragon Age servers are never available when I try to play at nights.

I'm thinking I might just permanently delete the crappy DLC (content pack 2- Embri's many pockets and The Edge, fairly useless items anyway), bite the bullet and restart. Will that work? Or will I still get error messages because I'm "supposed" to have that content?

I don't get much time to play and this is beyond annoying, and on the verge of simply being a ripoff. The latest game I had on Origins I had already spent at least 10 hours on. Now I can't even load it to play. And this is caused by official Bioware DLC that I redeemed through their codes on their system.



I just can't believe how bad the customer experience is with this. So, so irritated. Thanks for whatever help you can offer.

I deleted the content pack and will not download it again. I'm starting the character over. Turns out I only had about 6 hours on him.



Bioware should be ashamed for having players go through this. The DA servers have ben not working for the past several days, no matter what time I try to log in.
