My favorites(in no particular order):



Thane: Koylat, I took a lot of bad things out of the galaxy. You're the only good thing I put in it.

Just to name a few.

Especially the "I got better. I got you." That made me feel the warmest.

Hugging the Virmire survivor(romanced), and hugging Liara.

And I totally got teary when Grunt said "Shepard is my battlemaster. He has no match."

If Garrus gets hit during the end mission he says;
"Sorry Shepard, got the others through but I won't be joining you...snipe one for me would you..."

 compared to the other team mate's "last words" this was the most meaningful and upseting for me.

The email you get from one of the woman after the Hugo Gurnsback/ Jacfob Taylor loyalty quest I've always found somewhat touching.

I don't believe you can miss in that scene, it's pre-scripted. Non-loyal squad mates don't die there ,they die by being crushed by the falling masonry/I-beams.
