So, my first run through was to learn the mechanics and develop the story. Unfortunately it left me bereft of my love (Alistair) as I put him on the throne; and, since I was too honorable to take Morrigan up on her offer, I died killing the arch demon. I was actually thinking about starting from a save point and support Lograines daughter instead of Alistair to see if I liked that ending. What do you think? Should I leave well enough alone?
Should I leave well enough alone?

Alistair took the fall on mine, no real troubles for me, but just remember your ending the royal bloodline...

Take morrigan up on her offer. Gray Wardens do whatever is nessary. WHATEVER IS NESSARY. It does not need to be moral, as long as the job is done.

KILL THEM ALL...oh wait...nvm...wrong battle. Survival of the Gray wardens is important..let the little mutant demonspawn baby be brought into this world..

My plan is to have Loghain take the killing blow, but I haven't tried it yet so I'm not sure it's possible.

You know, an archdemon is easy to kill when its in the form of a baby. You can just leave it to burn in a barnfire......Yes, its extremely evil but hey, who said the gray wardens where noble? They get the job done no matter what. Or, at least thats my justification for a lot of things.......

Lol! Thanks for all the fun answers guys! I actually did start from the save point and put Anora on the throne. I got to keep the guy and was able (this time) to talk Alistair into bed with Morrigan. The end cut scene was more satisfying. I think now that I know what I'm doing, I'll start a new game on normal mode and make sure I get all of the content. Then I'll put us both on the throne and see how that works out. It can't be any worse than being memorialized in statue and legend.
