Won't be a new game, they have alot of products right now in the making.

-We got the Old Republic which will take laot of resources
-We have ME DLC and ME3
-We have two years of DLC for DAO and DAO2 coming out in the feture

Just too many things going on.

Now Im sure its an announcement for a new game. 

That would be stupid and could make Bioware lose money.

Its a new crossover game. ME vs Dragon Age! The Reapers are invading Ferelden, and its up to the Gray Wardens, and Commander Shepard to stop them!

I come from the future with a warning. The countdown announces a new outfit for some characters and one extra conversation with all characters. It will cost 1200 Microsoft points and be coming out "sometime in july". You will all buy it anyway.

Perhaps it's the "New Next Gen game" that's been on their front page for several years now? Last I heard, BioWare had 5 seperate teams.

The reason it's not on The Old Republic's webpage is pretty simple: it's not a BioWare website, it's a joint website from both BW and LucasArts. Check the address, dragonage.bioware.com, masseffect.bioware.com, and...www.swtor.com

That menu is old and outdated. It shows Dragon Age and ME2 as "upcoming" titles as well.

Best case scenarios: ME3, DA2, expansion content, a huge list of DLCs whatever.
Worst case scenarios: ME3 is cancelled, but Shepard's story will be concluded as a low-budget Sy-Fy original. Nerd rage ensues.

Mabye the new next gen game is kotor3. It's 300years between kotor2 and tOR so it could happen.

It might be a TOR thing, but putting a countdown on the TOR site just makes it obvious.

They put it elsewhere to make people think it's something else.

The plot thickens.

Perhaps KotOR 3 will be announced, followed by ME3 a few hours later. Or perhaps I'll awaken in five days to realise that I've just dreamed those announcements.

In reality, perhaps replace KotOR 3 there with DA2?


Or wait- best best best best best case scenario = Jade Empire 2. I can already hear the music in my head.

I know, I know. But JE was my favourite game of all time so I'm willing to

with no real evidence.

Realistically, it almost definitely has to do wtih ME3, DA2 or both.

They can't split off from EA--they are EA, and EA is Bioware. They'd have to all quit their current job and reform under a new company.
