Have you connected to the Cerberus Network while in-game since you installed Firewalker?

I'm having the same problem, retail collector's edition. Logged into Cerberus.

Did you by any chance rename MassEffect2.exe to something else (common way to force FSAA) before you had the DLC installed?

Nope.

Edit: It's also worth noting I've attempted to install this multiple times, both while running as administrator and not.

Did it even get installed? Note that if it doesn't there isn't an error message, but the installation seems to get finished properly, only instead of "Installation Complete" it will say "Installation Failed" at the very end.

Same issue here.

Got "Installation Complete". Game patched  to 1.01.

Also "... Hammerhead garage..." in description of 4th deck of the Normandy.

No mission...

same problem-everything installs fine (i have reinstalled the dlc several times) and yet all i see is a couple references like key binding options and the hammerhead garage in engineering-even though i don't get any message to any terminal about any mission or any galaxy map locations!

help please...

Hmmmm... just a guess here, do you have the Zaeed DLC installed? Cause I noticed it starts in the same star system as his loyalty quest.

Update: I wanted to avoid this, but I had to ultimately delete Steam's local data and reinstall. It seems to have worked.



The downside is I'm experiencing the occasional crash again.
