Guys

From within the game when I try to upload a screenshot, I am told I have uploaded 33 of 9 screens to my online profile, and that I cannot therefore upload any more.

The problem being, I've taken a maximum of 10 so far, and have only got six (five and a partial) visible on my screenshots page.

Is this a known bug, and I should wait for it to be fixed, or is it something to do with my install/system?

Likelywise actually, though now it's manifesting as -1 of -1 maximum files ... and only manages to upload rather than timing out very, very occasionally. Craziness .

I get this sometimes, and afaik it means you've timed out trying to connect to the server (even if you're logged in). When I start the game and log in, I check the screenshots page, if I get that message, I close the game and restart it. I've never had to do it more than 3 times in a row. Fixed the problem for me, that's all I can say.

Susan is correct. The -1 means that the game is unable, for whatever reason, to determine the actual number. I have found that I seem to ping out for more often immediately after deleting a character from the site until I make a proper save again, and then I usually have no problems.
