Hello all.
I cannot register my Dragon Age Origins: Awakening copy on the register link.
It says my Code is not valid, and i use the one steam gave me.
What should i do?

You have to use the register game not just the promo code thing I had this problem yeserday.

I cannot register mine either got it from direct2drive enter the cd key sates it isn't valid

I am not using the "promo thing" I am attempting to register the game its self. It tells me my key is invalid. It is the only key provided by steam and I am uncertain why it won't work.

Have y'all tried to remove any dashes in the key and input it?



I know that, a few weeks back, they were having issues with their back end auth servers that caused the same issue for Mass Effect 2 keys - maybe its come around again.

My digital version came without dashes, so inputting that way was first, fail.

Next I input it with dashes, fail.

Next suggestion?

Please be aware that this is an issue affecting not just Awakening users, but the original Dragon Age: Origins as well. I bought the Deluxe Edition off Steam during a sale last week, and cannot register my game on BioWare. The DLC, however, was able to redeemed without a problem.



Would you like my key as well?

I am having the same issue trying to register my PC retail version of Dragon Age: Origins.



I have tried entering the key in multiple formats (with/without dashes, no caps, etc.), and nothing has worked. Also, I used the configuration utility to make sure I was entering the correct key, and, well, it was the "correct" one.



Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have same problem , just bought tonight on Steam DA:O DDE and DA:A and keys don't work . I contacted EA support they said keys are valid and that problem is with bioware social website .

Can't wait for the situation update , I would appreciate any help

Also from what I read on forums , retail copies have same problems as digital copies , and this is problem not only for DAO and DAA , I read that people have same problem with ME2 these couple of days .

So, I'm not alone with this problem.  Retail PC version paste working Product Key from configuration utility in to the registration field, ="invalid code".

Still have problems registering my steam copy

I'm having the same problem, but it's with Dragon Age: Origins, not Awakenings. I can play the game fine, but can't register it with Bioware. Downloaded via Steam.
