I can't register my edition of Dragon Age Ultimate Edition on steam.
I did register it here with absolutely no problems though.
My key has 5 stacks of 4 characters and steam refuses it, what do I do to fix this?
Cannot Register my steam Awakening copy

I bought the Dragon Age: Origins + Awakening and all the extras on the Steam offer and no matter where I input the codes I get rejected; is Steam providing the wrong codes or is it a bug that is royally screwing me and everyone else over?

Nevermind. Ultimate edition gets registered differently than original.

Look here: http://forums.steamp...d.php?t=1196144
I had the same problem and that one did help me.
Hint:
Go to the Dragon Age Wiki, see the DLC section, download and install the additional DLCs (those don't need authentification and are NOT incluced in Steam's Ultimate Edition).

Only EA can do anything for you on that. They are the ones who gave the numbers to Steam . .

Awakening is an expansion, not DLC. You will need to download and install it from Steam. After installation, it will be an option in the "Other campaigns" menu of DAO and DAO will ask if you wish to make a new Origins or Awakenings character when you start a new character.

Hi sami jo. I have installed awakenings from steam and it is listed in my games library. I have got the CD key and have successfully registered the game on the bioware social network. It unfortunately isnt visible under the my games section. When i Launch awakenings from steam, DAO starts and the other campaigns menu item is greyed out. Im a bit stumped...

One of the links in the solutions roundup by Raen Imrahl pinned to the top of this forum specifically addresses this issue with Steam. If I remember correctly, it is just below the DLC solution links in the first post; so you'll need to scroll down a bit.

Hi Thanks, I ended up finding the solution whilst i was at work. There is a file
Steam\\steamapps\\common\\dragon age origins\\redist\\DAO_UpdateAddinsXml_Steam.exe which needs to be run manually. Once that is done, the "Other Campaigns" menu option will be accessible via the game menu.
This is possibly noted in the solution roundup you have mentioned, but I had solved it before you replied.
Thanks for the assistance!

Best solution I've heard is to get off Steam and use the EA: Origins store. You don't ahve to buy it again, but you do have to download the entire game again.
Just contact EA Customer Service (support.ea.com), then chose "Ask a Game Advisor" and look for the "Live Chat" option. Explain what's going on, and that you want to switch to their version.
Be sure to have your CD-keys (both DA:O and DA:A) handy.
