 I installed another copy of dragon age on another computer, i logged in my bioware account, but i cant seem to download my Stone Prisoner and CE items, its not showing up on my downloadable content tab.

I tried checking my account on the website but there doesnt seem to be information about it, or i'm not looking in the right places. I await your replies, thank you.

I tried refreshing the in game DLC tab but it still wont show.

Look under Profile / Your registered game promotions.

i already checked my profile, they're not showing up in my main menu in game DLC tab, i see them on the website but not in game

I've got same problem. I see my bonus content on the web site but it's not showing up in my DLC content.

On my web profile i can see only pictures. I do not see any descriptions for them.

I tried what's listed, now its saying i dont have the downloads in game and its offering the prices to download Stone Prisoner.

Also check the sticky at the top of this forum - the Dragon Age servers are currently being upgraded, and may be causing issues with signing in, updating, and access to DLC.

thanks, i got it fixed, and somehow got some freebies lol
