How do I increase the swing speed of the two hand sword?

I know my way around the toolset. So before I start looking around I was hoping someone knew where I can adjust the speed of the two hand weapon? It swings way too slow. I'd like to simply increase the speed and bring the damage in line with the dual wield spec.

You could simply install Momentum runes. Those increase attack speed. (Assuming you're talking about awakening)

Yup but by the same logic you could apply momentum runes to dual wield weapons right? It' s important to change the base speed first. Not only that it will just look more appealing to the eyes when the two hand sword swings at a normal speed.
