hey guys.

i have been running through the crossroads to find branka, i am at the point of beating my keyboard to a pulp.

i have spent 3 or more hours hunting the stupid secret exit, all my map shows is the whole crossroads with 3 exits all to the deep roads, i really want to break something right now.

everything is dead, i dont think i have a journal, but i found bags of body parts and a hilt to a sword.

the alpha ogre is dead, somewhere someone said find the spider web...cant find that either though i know i saw one.

i have looked through allot of posts dealing with this, but they are to vaige, plz help, as i am wound up tighter than a cat on a hot tin roof.

When you approach the proper exit, Oghren should speak up and say that it looks like this is the right exit, Ortan thaig should be ahead. If you don't have Oghren with you, taking him might help you out.



Branka's journal is in Ortan thaig, not in the crossroads itself. You have to leave by the right exit in the crossroads in order to access Ortan Thaig for the first time. Same with the spider webs - all in Ortan Thaig.



I believe the right exit is the one most south, but like I said, take Oghren with you. He'll point out the right one.

ah yes the southern exit it is. but if you bring up the map, all 3 exits show as deep roads. so in this case the map is of no help at all.
