Can we please, please get a link to this page? It literaly took my an hour to get to the correct page to download the new dlc. It didnt seem to have been this hard before, now it seems to be buried, only after i tracked down my cerberus network key again did it give me an error page and allow me to click on the link to my unlocked downloads.

Where is this link at now? Can it be made to be less buried? Especially when someone is looking for new DLC.

How about putting it under the DLC list, or at least under the games llist.

I know this is old, but rather than create a new thread, I decided to bump this. Is there an easier way to get to the user entitlements page?

It's not hard to find. Hold your arrow over 'profile' on the left and go to 'your registered game promotions'.

I am necro'ing this thread with the sole purpose of complaining.

Ok sure I can get to my entitlements etc, but thats after a lot of clicking around. Biowares site has got to be one of the least user-friendly sites to navigate I've ever seen. Nothing is self explanatory, and links are not easy to see.

Shouldnt entitlements be listed under whichever game youre clicking on? Mass Effect 2> Your DLC or something would make so much more sense to a "reasonable person."

as it stands right now its just a jungle of random hard to navigate links all over the place. Bioware webmasters take heed!

That said, it would be handy if it only showed DLC for platforms you actually own.
