I bought 1200 yesterday to buy the DLC content today. And when I go to buy the new char armor pack it shows me as having 0 points. Sort it out now or I want my money back !!!!!

I also find this a little confusing, the redemption of the code for the cerberus network gave us 1200 bioware points. Yet the site says I have none, my real question is what were the points used on?



Did the zaeed thing cost points or the firewalker thing cost points as well?

hmm that happeneds to me.. none of that costed pts it was a cerberus network thing.. what i did with Deleted all my cache.. and then reloaded the page.. and it seemd to work.. or load the DLC page from the game launcher or in game..

All Mass effect item are free as long you have a cerberus card:)

The only thing that cost is the Kasumi DLC that is 560MP

And The Pack Oulfit(Jacks,Garrus,Thane) 160MP

hmmm I see now, bioware stop coming out with all this dlc and just give us the next game lol. With every dlc I dont play it feels like an intergal part of the story being left out.

hmm I love the DLC.. new stuff is always good.. yea it cost money but.. it keeps things fresh for the most part

I have bought 1200 BW points, and spent them on nothing, as it still says i have none. I looked at Manage account and it says i bought it twice, one says error and the other open, it still took the money though. Has anyone found a solution to this problem? )
