I have been playing on normal and really haven't been having much trouble but I saw the stat increase on the patch notes and though what the hell, a few points couldn't hurt

But,  I screenshot my character sheet before the patch just to see how much the increase would be but nothing changed.

I am comparing the three stats at the bottom left of my characters window.  Are these the correct stats that were supposed to increase?

I think it may've just been for party members, but I'm honestly not sure...
