Hi there, I didn't found the needed information so here's a short question about the Cryo Ammo:
For example I got a bunch of Blue Suns with full shields coming at me, or some Blood Pack with armor. Is the Cryo Ammo going to freeze those or do I have to strip their defences first?

How do you get squad cryo ammo on a sentinel?
With well upgraded weapons (and area overload etc), defenses don't last very long.
Squad cryo does = lots of frozen foes.

Squad Cryo still results in a lot of frozen enemies and a lot less bullets coming at you, even if you yourself use a different ammo type. Frozen enemies also die a lot quicker. So it's still very handy to have if you can spare 10 points for it...
