first, i got to level 40 one my firstg playthrough then on the second (for the achievment) i went around every place talking to everyone i could, and i fount ones that are just weird like wrexs hidden armour. or meeting nassana and killing her sister (you meet nassana in ME2, for thanes recrution) ermm findin all the keepers, and just cruisng every cluster, evry system to do everything, took me ages
has anyone seen how many ME1 missions there are?

If you at least visit every cluster and scan all the consoles in the major plot missions (and some of the side missions) you should be able to find every single one that isn't given to you by a character. (Some of them require scanning a nearby planet or vesicle for clues.)
Basically actively keep an eye on your assignments log, with the exception of the 5 collection missions, and do at least one tour where you pop into every cluster at least once after beating noveria and feros. It's actually alot more straightforward to be able to get them all. there's roughly 30ish missions or so. just keep at it and don't focus so hard on anomalies and collectables. Just the unique map points when you land.
