 Doeas it even suppose to work? I got it, but there is no description, and the spell itself is kind of broken. The animation and graphics are there,  but it does not seem to do any damage, also there is no cooldown at all.

Imho Power of blood doesnt work in awakening PC version. Check skill (or talent) tab if u have "class name not foud" instead of "Power of Blood"
