Hey guys why does the website keep making me have to sign in almost on every single instance? It’s damn annoying. Especially since there is a "Remember me" feature and it doesn’t "Remember me" at all even though I sign in about 10 times a day just to be able to see the individual projects in the "Projects" section lolz.
Please help, it's starting to wear thin.

Possibly has nothing to do with the BSN and much more to do with your browser....but yeah, as star said, the "online store support" forum is not the place to ask such a Q...

I need help, I bought $20.00 worth of points then started the download of Return to ostagar and warden keep and my computer closed the window. When I started the game back up I had no points and no downloads!! Can you fix it?

I once had the same problem and got this reply from EA-Support:

1. Make sure that you are logged in the game with the same account name that you used to redeem the DLC codes. Try logging out and then log in again using your account. For this, select the “Downloadable content” tab from the main menu and click on the “Logged In” tab and from the next page select “log out”
2. If contents are still not available, please try re-starting the game. Exit the game completely and then re-start the game.
3. If the issue still persists, then we would need to manually start the Dragon Age Update service, detailed instructions for the same are listed at the below given link: -

I used the "services.msc" suggestion from the link and it did the trick for me :0)
