True.....only if you can aim the mako......While the Hammerhead has homing rockets.TheTrooper1138 wrote...
The Hammerhead might dodge for a while, but the Mako only needs to land a few hits, while being able to take a lot more... so, yeah, the Mako would win, it is much more awesome anyways!

...No..We need the chioce to upgrade it. Add are own weapons and armor to it. Characters could have upgrades for it like the ship.KotOREffecT wrote...
One thing that should be updated about the HH in future DLC or ME 3 is it should be able to take more hits, it needs better sheilding like the Mako, but other than that its a damn blast to ride in thats for sure!
Also, it needs machine guns.

This was another lesson to learn. We let the mako-haters have all the space in the forum before, and that´s what we got.

I´ve been defending paying for DLCs of any kind in this forum. But thank God this one was free. What a terrible vehicle. The scenarios were beautiful, but that was the only positive point to it. Talk about a bumbling vehicle, hum? Combat sucked, controls sucked, not being able to save during it, and not being able to repair the vehicle sucked. Wow, how I miss the Mako! And I really liked it.

How did the controls suck? The controlls where very good and you don't need to repair because unlike the MAKO, the health for the Hammerhead recharges fast.

What health? After a few hits the thing blew up anyways... and those controlls suck balls. Really, they're just terrible...

Exactly!!!
Oh, and I forgot another thing. No map either. Since the "fun" supposedly is to run around, I guess that is fair...

Hammerhead you can shoot anywhere and you can also jump in the air and shoot underneeth you.
This is why I like that HH and I liked the Mako as well. But with the HH, its fast paced with smooth controlling, and you can jet into mid air and still power the boosters and ram into a giant Geth, just sick. You can have way more fun with the HH, to bad a recent spark in all of a sudden "Mako Nostaglia" blinds certain people of that.
Sorry, but it wasn't a recent spark for me.

Me either. I always liked the Mako. That said, I quite like the Hammerhead too, but for very different reasons. I've always liked platform games and that's pretty much what the Hammerhead levels are - platform shooters.
But yeah. I like 'em both. So I'm staying the hell out of this discussion now.

Because the Mako would run over a penny and flip uncontrollably for 2 hours.

Ignore the Trooper, he haas no decent points other than 'HH sucks balls'. I suspect he sucks using it and hence has decided to take a dislike towards it.
lol, this thing doesn't even represent a challenge, one can't even suck at it! But you could suck at driving the Mako, which you obviously did, which would explain your hatred for it...
I mean with the HH you just have to fly around, fire missiles in the general direction of everything that moves and then "mine" these ridiculous immersion breaking markers... seriously, wtf?!

The Mako would win hands down. I had high expectations for the Hammerhead, but was sorely disappointed by its performance. The intro vids looked good, but it is not much fun to play. Conversely, the Mako was far deadlier.
listen to the expert. If Zaeed doesn't know about battle, who does...

I don't hate the Mako I actually enjoyed it and for your information I play on insanity all the time. But the HH is the superior vehicle by far.

The HH has no real shields, nor any hull integrity, it has a crappy weapon and drives like a podracer. It is inferior in all aspects to that awesome tank called Mako.

fixed that for you. seriously, how can you say that you can't aim the mako, it had a double zoom and could easily hit a target that was far enough away to be at the limit of what the game could draw. this can't even be tested with the hammerhead because the longest distance shot that can be made is still less than half the longest distance in me1. not to mention that the missles on the HH would almost never hit what was targeted. i had several instances where a missle would fly towards my intended target, then at the last second veer off and try to hit a target much farther away and is in cover.
