You know it seems foolish that he did not kill her and Alistair...certainly Zevran could have done some nasty things against the Wardens ( if he survived an attempt, which he might have ), but I suspect there are bigger issues then mere murder at hand.

I am still hoping that somehow Osric and Lya will join forces.....for whatever he is planning.

Oh no..I am not planning to use him until MUCH later ( still haven't even gotten to Ostagar yet in my FF )...still I like to plan ahead. So I will just wait for his plans to come to bear in the story itself.

It will be interesting to see what happens to Lya, cause I imagine he kidnapped her to interrogate about Morrigan's deal.

P.S. From one author to another. Could I ask for some criticism on my FF....you certainly are capable of writing a good story.

Oh my god, that's is freaking adorable.  Now I want an Alistair plushie and an Architect plushie and I can have them fight little mock plushie battles!

KoP:  Yeah, next couple of chapters.  I haven't been able to write this week, and I apologize to people waiting on it.  Summer vacation is in two weeks.  Extra work I'm doing right now has fried my brain and I don't want to screw this section up.  So if I fall a little behind, I should be able to catch up.

I should have another one in a couple days.  I got side tracked for a bit and it messed me up.  It was hard to get back into the habit of writing some each day when you go a long while without it.  This is also a tricker section, so I want to make sure it's done right.

Really, it's not that simple I don't think. The people of Ferelden aren't going to sit back and let the wardens take over the country, even if she does take the offer.



I'd be saying "Sure, whatever you want" and hightailing it back to Denerim with my fingers crossed behind my back, personally.

I would refuse the offer as well.
Not only to saveguard Ferelden independence, but to prevent a disaster from befalling the Wardens as they become more political. The most probable outcome of Osric's vision is a Warden civil war as they compete for power and become divided by established boundaries and that would be more catastrophic than what happened during the previous blights.

Assuming the wardens wouldn't answer to Osric or future First Wardens. Isn't that his suggestion? ( since you write him you probably know better ). Allow the King and Queen of Fereldan to retain rule over Fereldan but with the First Warden higher then them. 

But I digress. The idea of unifying Thedas against the Darkspawn shouldn't be thrown aside that quickly.
