I'm, rather desperately I might add, trying to trigger Velanna's quest and I was wondering if the toolset could help me figure out how to trigger it, or what console command to use for force it? Can the toolset aid me in this task?

are you trying to trigger it because of a glitch, or trying to adjust when it is triggered to make it happen at a different time?
concerning the former, i am not sure, but the latter, unfortunately right now i don't think the toolset can help.
afaik, there is currently no way to view the .nss for scripts or other erf contents in the toolset. All i have been able to pull from the .erf files are .ncs files, and those are compiled/packaged resources and cannot be viewed or modified, much to our dismay. Same with anything in the other .erf files, so... bottom line is, the toolset really can't do too much with Awakening content. Yet -- hopefully we'll get an update. =)
