Crying into my coffee cup, moping around, wasting time at work on this site...... wishing I hadn't loaned ME1 to a friend so I could then start from scratch and create my perfect Shepard.....

I've been playing Black and White 2 and even The Sims 2 of all things. Though I think I'm done with the Sims again. I got Red Faction and beat it in like 2 days.

I'm waiting for Red Dead Redemption. Fully realized ecosystem? Hellz Yeah!

I've been replaying ME1 to get all the achievements and researching/planning both games to create my "ideal" playthrough (not everyone dies, but those that do have dramatic deaths that feel like they matter to the plot in some way)

I'm still lamenting over what to do reguarding major race choices and factions, since those are obviously things that we won't see the outcome of UNTIL ME3, so I don't know if it'll be a cooler choice to spare or kill the rachni, or how i should attempt to influence the upcoming quarian/geth war, or which characters end up better alive or dead in me3....or what to do about romances....

augh i should just play dragon age instead until ME3 comes out..

Finally, another one.

To me it seems like surprisingly few people have heard about RDR, but everyone who has seems to be blown away by it.

Did two playthroughs of ME2 with my imported Male/Female Sheps. Now shelved until a chunk of DLC is released.

Meanwhile, finished DAO, started Awakenings, built a new PC, playing some BC 2 (that is frantic after ME!). Playing FF 13.

Playing Mercenaries 2 and Just Cause 2.. I'm not sure which one I like better.

Just Cause 2 is fun with the endless grappling hook and parachute and the world is amazing from jungle to snow capped mountains to the sandy beaches...

but Mercenaries 2 has also the pure fun from dropping artillery strikes to MOAB's and trying to out run the incoming called strike before everything is painted a golden orange of exploding goodness.

Also been playing JC2, the game is incredible and reminds me of what mercs2 should had been with the only downside I can think of being it doesn't have mp or atleast coop..

Will be looking forward to RDR as well but I hope it does a better job with the setting then most western games as they depict the time from a very limited point of view as in its just wild gun ho cowboys and Native Americans all that narrow minded bs which many would say is the western frontier and nothing else..

It looks good to me too. But if it resembles gta too much...

I just hope there are some rpg mechanics in there somewhere.

Well, since the weather has improved, it's outside to service the power equipment in anticipation of yard maintenance.

And because I'm fortunate enough to have a pistola range out back, I can get in some quality trigger time with the real handcannons.

I read the ME novels. Especially the Ascension novel intrigued me. It explains much about the quarian's culture and lifestyle aboard the ships.

There were many rumors about quarian's never showering or stink or whatever else someone's sick mind could think of. Fortunately many of them are just wrong accusations. For instance, although they rarely take off their enviro-suits, they have hermetically sealed showers and toilets so they can go after their daily needs. Furthermore their suits are fully climate controlled so I think they simply don't sweat much often to begin to "stink". Also, if necessary, their suits have implemented a separated storage area for "refuse" if they cannot go to a toiled which can be emptied any time. Although the latter is a bit hard to believe looking at the quarian's enviro-suits. But the novel claims it to be so... I know this thread isn't about a debate how quarian's live their lives but since they're my favorite race and for reading the novels, I just felt the urge to say this. So if anyone feels offended, I apologize.

Relaxing and rerunning through the harder levels on insanity. Also, waiting patiently for my Cerberus Code to be mailed to me in order to get my free content.

Avoiding specifications, specifically.

It's more draining than you'd think. :[

Have been making music. It takes a good... something... and a single click onto the music production application icon. Next thing I know it's 6 AM and the eyes are still... glued open.

(Hoping I can wake up for work tomorrow. You never know... teh' b*tch... inspiration... comes and goes whenever thinks it can.)

Been playing FF13 (which is outstanding by the way), school work, studying for the MCATs, preparing for a move to New Mexico...
