So now what are you doing since you finished ME2?

Well I have migrated back to Diablo 2 Lord of Destruction. Every time Blizzard releases a new path I just have to beat the game 1 or 5 more times.
Jesus Christ, that game's still around?!

Hehe yeah, I waited for it a long time, i wasn't able to run it on my old-ass pc. I'm planning on having an after-lunch initial cerimony for character creation on saturday and play it til dinner non-stop. Just thinking on which class should i go for first =)

I was on a ME2 addiction. No, I really was. Alls I would do is play ME2. I'd make a new ME1 char, beat ME1, import character, and then play ME2 again.

Yeah, I played that as well. It is just plain frantic after ME combat! Really good fun.

Can't get myself to play another shooter after MW2 really. It's the devil's work, I tell you!

I have just ordered the witcher in anticipation of witcher 2. So a nice long RPG for after Awakenings
Good choice - I thought that TW was a great game and offers a lot of those "hmm... do I choose crap or crappier" choices. One of the awesome games where your decisions bite you in the butt.
I am stuck without a game atm... done with ME2 several times, replayed ME1, finished my 13th DA:O playthrough and done with DA:TA. BioShock2 is done and so is AC 2... (no, comments are not appreciated; yes I am aware I might be slightly addicted; no, I am not staying at home all the time; yes, I do have friends and a life)
Red Dead Redemption is coming up, ME2 DLC and I think I am going to give Resonance of Fate a chance. Secret World might catch my attention once it is out... other than there is still writing (free time and Uni) and studying and just generally enjoying the spring that finally decided to stop by.

I'm waiting for Red Dead Redemption. Sci Fi is great, but the Western genre is truly where my heart lies. It's been ages since there's been a game that really captures the true spirit of the western (Gun was probably the last) and RDR looks to be a monumentally fun title. Who doesn't love GTA's Euphoria physics?
I hear that, Loved GUN and this game looks incredible looks like an RPG than an free roam action game but its been delayed to May 21st god dammit bring it out already.

I must have played this game through 8 or 9 times now. No matter what I do, I can't get past Veteran. I've watched the videos on Insanity play, listen to all the masters on here with their Vanguard tactics, made sure I had the right people with me at all times, configured my hotkeys and on and on and on. No matter. After all these playthroughs, all I've managed to do is look like a goddess right up until a mech or some other heavy shows up, and then it's reload until you can't reload anymore.
I foolishly thought I could move up to Hardcore and had it hammered home that everybody in the galaxy has armour and shields that can take more than two hits except me. That no matter which boosters I wear I can't run fast enough and I'm going at 16 speed while everyone else is at 78. And finishing a mission after reloading 6 times is like not finishing it at all.
I tried. I'm just never going to be good enough to turn the corner. So what I'm doing is trying to remind myself that not being able to do this in particular doesn't make me a flop.

Try another class. I just finished my engineer on insanity and it wasn't that hard, and certainly not that reflex-oriented play like with a vanguard. Much more tactical. It's all about your playstyle; For example, the infiltrator is quite popular and generally taken as the easiest playthrough. I tried it and it was hell for me. Find the class that you feel at home with and start enjoying yourself with it. Reloading isn't shameful, it's trial and error. When you get the hang of it, you'll find things running much more smoothly.
And btw, not being able to play a game on the hardest difficulty doesn't make you a flop. That's why it's a game. You have the option of not doing it and forget about it

I know, thanks. I was just venting and frustrated. Sometimes that happens when the first time I open a door with enemies behind it in a mission I'm dead before I can run five steps to the first box. And you don't get better with consecutive reloads in the same session, you get worse; or at least I do. But in the midst I can never let go of my expectation that I will get better if I try again. Ugh - me and my pain and petty dramas <_<

And when Kasumi comes out I'll start another ME2 run.

It was a bit dramatic wasn't it?
I know the feeling, but normally it doesn't happen to me on ME, more on shooters like MW2, when i get shot a few times in the same situation, I start to get pissed and insist on the same tactic over and over and just end up getting owned and even more pissed. Taking a breath and thinking a bit on what you're doing wrong usually works -> This is valuable life advice, hence i'm doing public service here. Eat that, mass effect sideboob haters!

Took a break to play DA: Awakening, going through my second playthrough now with an Orlesian Warden.
I'll probably finish off my mage in DA:O just in time for the Kasumi DLC to hit and start up a new ME2 run / continue my engineer.

Just wrapped up Bioshock2 and am splitting time with DA:A, FFXIII (speaking of tedium), slogging through Dante's Inferno, Torchlight, and some Monster Hunter Unite.
