when i click "player profile", im taken out of game and an internet explorer page is opened - as is supposed to happen i assume - but then i just get a blank page with a tab reading "connecting..." indefinetley.
when i click "upload info" in the character creator i get the "upload info" flashing in the middle of the screen with the creation screen in the background faded out and unclickable - as i also assume is supposed to happen during uploading - but it too just stays there indefinetley. No Lucky Stone for me...
im not exactly tech savvy, but if anyone can offer any help id be greatful if you walked me through stuff like im an amateur. Im using XP with all latest updates, no firewalls running although norton is installed. I have no problems getting online with any other programs ie; spotify and other online games.
Although Firefox doesnt recognize that i even have an internet connection - maybe these problems are connected???
I assume its to do with a certain port or somthing? Ive attempted a little port forwarding in the past accessing my router options to open my XBL NAT and to fix some problems with an old Blizzard installer. But if anyone can walk me through a possible solution here, id be very greatfull.
