So the game was working fine untill I installed the Toolset and played around with it a little bit.
I didn't save any changes when playing around with the default modules, though I made my own custom module and played around a bit with that and I saved it and did a full export of it (don't really know what this full export is for, I just wanted to see what it does).
I also installed a playermade mod called "No_Blood".
Now I deleted all the custom Addins in the folder, as an attempt to fix the issues, but it didn't fix anything at all.
Just naming all things that I've done since the issues have started, to make it easier for others to help me.
Now the issues are:
-I can't open the trader window on the merchant in the camp anymore.
-I couldn't get pass Wynne in the Magi tower, I said I would help her and she told me to move when I'm ready, so I move and the exact same dialogue starts all over again and I'm stuck in this loop untill I got mad of it and decided to kill her after all (which I don't want to do honestly).
-Some dialogues have graphical errors, that I'm not seeing any characters or very strange camera angles.
So anyone who could tell me what I could do to fix this (and maybe also tell me what caused this, so I could prevent this from happening in the future)?
Or am I doomed to do a full reinstall of the game?

From a similar issue my buddy was having you may be doom to reinstall. The upside is you can keep your saved files on Uninstall. Its a possibility that there is some sort of issue if you "built" a mod even if just playing around. My buddy did and is having the problem and even though I have the toolset I didn't do anything it it yet and am not having the issue. Of course there could be a myriad of other issues as well. I'd suggest you put in this thread your system specs and stuff too so the devs can investigate further (especially if you are on Vista or not).
Hope things work out for you!

Well, since I really want to play as soon as possible, I'm just going to reinstall.jo_cool69 wrote...

Though giving my computer information isn't really revalent with the issues I'm having, since I didn't have a single crash or technical/graphical issue in 15 hours of play (playing with all settings on max) and these issues are just game-related bugs caused by the Toolset.
But I guess I'll give it anyways then ... though it won't be very useful for these issues:
Vista Home Premium 32-bit SP2
AMD Phenom 2.2GHz (overclocked @ 2.53GHz)
ATI HD4870 1GB GDDR5 (not overclocked) with 9.10 official Catalyst drivers
4GB DDR2 RAM
