I have the PC version of ME2 and when I try to register this game under "my games" in my profile page it says that my registration code is not valid for this game.  I typed it in several times with and without the "-" and then opened the setting page copied the portion that lists the registration number for this game pasted it into notepad so I could just get the registration code then pasted that and STILL got the messsage bout the code being invalid.

I want my free stuff! so how do I fix this?
