Hey! I've been playing DA since it first came out in November, and about a month ago, put together a Leliana cosplay outfit for a convention near me, and I simply wanted some opinions on it.

Also, good job.  I'm used to seeing some pretty terrible cosplay, so I find this very good.  The hair matches very well, too.

Wow, that's pretty good - and nicely detailed! I think personally I wouldn't have gone for shiny gold for the trim and what not - to me it makes things look too "costumey" and that's what I try to avoid, but it really does look very nice. Good job!!

Thank you guys for the compliments As for the gold trim, I do agree on making outfits look less costumey. I probably could have taken a pale but shiny gold fabric to make the trim and it would have stood out less, but making that outfit was a challenge enough for me and that might've been testing my limits, hahaha. I do appreciate the suggestion, though

It's a good costume, but as one of the resident Leliana fangirls, I have to ask: Where's her awesome braid? I am saddened by its absence!

That's pretty damn good, and yeah I'll toss another vote up there for the braid. And of course make sure you learn to speak with a French accent, that's pretty much mandatory. Seriously, what the hell is Leliana without the voice.

Ahaha! Glad to see so many comments on my costume As for the braid, I actually do have a stubby one on my...right side? I think? I've sort of forgotten. It wasn't as long as Leliana's though, so it wasn't that noticeable.
