Alright, so some time back I completed the Circle of Magi quest and found the Black Grimoire.

The only problem is I GAVE it to Morrigan before I even got her quest to FIND it!!!! So what now? Have I ruined any chance of the Flemeth quest? Why oh why is it avaliable to find and hand in to her (its profile so matched her!!!) before the quest to show that it was needed even came up!!!!

Anyone have any ideas?

Black Grimoire =/= Flemeth's Grimoire. Two different items.

I found and gave the Grimoire to Morrigan before she ever asked for it and then went on with the story. The next time I came to camp she told me all about Flemeth and the quest opened up. So, giving it to her before she asks shouldn't be a problem...just give her some time to study it and she should give you the Flemeth quest.

I believe there's a console command to spawn all the character specific gifts if you don't mind risking your game being broken (idk, I think it may break the quests where you get the items, i'm not sure, I just know that you risk damaging your game if you use the spawn command for them).

On the other hand I'm sure I read somewhere that the black grimore and Flemeth's were one and the same...

They're both Flemeth's grimoires, but one is called the black grmoire. Trust me, there are two grimoires, but you have to get the black grimoire first.
