When im trying to Redeem Promo Codes The Stone Prisoner and Blood Dragon Armor i always have a message like "Unable to redeem code" "and Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly." I cant understand whats a problem because i type it correctly.

It is because the codes have been used one time allready and can not be used again. I got a clearance and the add ons show up in my web character profile, The are however not being uploaded/downloaded to the game. I bought som bioware points since i suspected that it might not have been included in the game anyway, but it did not help.

But i didnt used them, i have just registred the game and first time like i try use my codes have message "unable to redeem code", so i think its site problem or something

I had an issue with just putting the right code in. B's look like 8 and such. It could be something as simple as that. But then, if you have a code that has been accepted but you can't download, it could be that your connection has issues. I would try recycling your router if it is wireless and then giving it another shot.

I'm having a similar problem. I input my code for the downloadable content yesterday from the premium collectors version, and it showed that all was well and good, but today, when I booted up the game, none of the downloadable content was available for download, and it wanted me to buy the stuff again...

does anyone know how to equip the blood armor, or where to find it? mine said i downloaded it but i dont have it.

I'm having a problem with this too. For me I was able to enter my redeem code for digital deluxeand the screen said the code was accepted. However in the redeemed promo codes section nothing is showing and I get no downloads starting automatically. When I try to re-eneter the code after registering the game I get an invalid code message. For the record I'm using the same account for eveything, entering codes correctly and so on.

I figured out where steam hides the actual game key (apparently deep within the registry.. grr) and used that to register the game itself, but I don't know if the DLC part is screwed up since I registered the game after the promo code.

Veeeerrry frustrating.

I got collector's edition and it came with instruction to redeem code at bioware website then launch game. You also have to be logged in to get items. I also read somewhere that you have to login each time or items will not appear. Don't have directions with me now.

The Body is in inventory at start directly, the other stuff you can buy at vendor, read the description of the dl content. But to get to this you must play some time in story line :-)

To wear the Blood Armor you need 38 str.

I downloaded the game and tried to register promo code and it gives me invalid code. I purchased from gamestop and they sent the code to my email .. i have the letter an all but when its been checked over an over to be sure the code is in correct it still does not let me register it. Invalid promo code.

What gives .. where is bio ware to help with this problem who do we mail to ? call gamestop? call bioware or what?
