Yes, Lord Croake (If it was Lord Croake that did the gif) switched Shepard's model for Tali's, by modifying one of MEs ini files. Don't remember which one at the moment, but it's easy to find out. Works pretty well, though it is strange to see Saren lift up himself in that scene.

On topic, though, I'll vote for BioWare. Maybe some of the others, too. We'll see.

Valve is going to win. The Escapist's community is skewed very heavily towards anything Half-Life/Valve related, so in every single one of these tournys if Half-Life or Valve are on the polls they always win.

Of course they kinda deserve to because they are an awesome company/game, but yeah if anyones familiar with the Escapist they know Valve/Half-Life seem to win every community decided poll on there.

Edit: Although it would be nice to seem myself get proven wrong and have Bioware win!

You are assuming that Bioware will beat Blizzard. As much as I like Bioware I will vote for Blizzard.

People might say the WoW players will win it for Blizzard, but what people don't realize is that Blizzard also has millions of fans for Starcraft, Diablo and Warcraft III+TFT.

Well based on what current polls say. It's going to be in the 4th round like this.

Square Enix vs Zynga

Bethesda vs Valve

Nintendo vs Blizzard

Bioware vs Relic.

If I were to make an educated gues I would say the 5th round will be:

Square Enix vs Valve, and Blizzard vs Bioware.

Epic games used to be epic back when they used to work on the Unreal Series (until Gears of war came in and they messed up Unreal Tournament 3). It's really tough to say though.

I think your downright foolish if you honestly believe Blizzard is winning just because of WoW players. It might have something to do with, I dunno, their other games. Like Starcraft, Diablo and Warcraft RTS series. And yes before you mention it a Warcraft I, II, III, TFT player is a very different sort from a WoW player. ( RTS comparable to MMORPG )



Blizzard is one of the few, if maybe the ONLY single major game developer that creates high quality games with almost no bugs in them at release. Even Bioware for all it's glory has released most if not all of its game with bugs, and plenty of them.

itll be interesting to see because i never cared for w.o.w or gears of war but hey more power to them for the achivments. i think bioware is a rare company because there way of doing sci fi games really ends up amazing.

Blizzard makes the most addicting games and takes over entire countries (South Korea)
Valve for the best FPS multiplayer ever (Half-Life 1/2 and all its mods) and developed Steam
BioWare has the most immersive and engrossing games and made Baldur's Gate
Nintendo is essentially the father of modern video games, and probably the most successful

I can't see BioWare making it past Round 5 or Nintendo past Round 4 (because of Blizzard)

Valve vs. Blizzard should be Round 6, in my opinion. I couldn't vote against either of them.

Epic Games deserves mention for the Unreal engine and all the games that spawned from it (and One Must Fall 2097, the only good fighting game on PC in the last two decades) and... Jazz Jackrabbit.
Bethesda also deserves mention for Elder Scrolls and Fallout
Square Enix for Final Fantasy MMMDCCCLXXXVMMMDCCCLXXXVIII

No. Epic are a bunch of greedy liers. Their only achievement is ruining a great franchise. They deserve nothing and BioWare deserves everything.

A game developer company named Chair developed Shadow Complex. I'm not really sure what role Epic had with Shadow Complex but I know they were involved somehow.

Eh, I like Bioware but given what EA's done to them I don't think they deserve to be on the same level as Bethesda, Blizzard, or Rockstar.

I feel bad for Bungie though. Getting pit against Blizzard is tough. I personally think the fact that Relic and Valve are going to finish higher in the bracket than Bungie is ridiculous. Relic's games are too obscure for the average gamer and Valve is past it's prime.

Half Life was a very influential game but what has Valve done of note recently? Left4Dead 2 was little more than an expansion of the first game.
