Lame. Oh well it was close. BioWare deserves it far more than Valve. They only won because of all the zealous PC fanboys.
This is a joke, right?
The truth will always seem like a joke, if you're in denial.
Haha... ha... ha.
And anyways, go Valve! Totally relieved to see they won, BioWare's great, but to Valve? Well, consider this: Valve consistently releases massive DLCs with incredible amounts of content for no charge, most notably for TF2. They intend on releasing two major DLC packs this month (the first of which for L4D1, a game in which people kept moaning they weren't supporting
enough), which gives more than other DLC packs from other companies, again, completely for free. They're one of the few companies that truly involves itself in the community, constantly supporting mods, ideas, artwork and videos, created some of the greatest, most game-changing, well, games in history and even with their runaway success and the legions of memes that ascended from their footsteps, are still the most 'human' and truly considerate out of all the game companies in the world.
Trying to accuse Valve of winning because of 'rabid PC fanboys' is retarded. Yeah, so what? BioWare won because of rabid fans too. Did you friggin' see all the buzz here? There were people who quite literally was going off in anti-[whoever BioWare's against] rants on games they've never played, insulting people who dared vote for the competitor and treated it like a god-damn war effort. And the double-standard here is ridiculous. If BW won, then it was because their games are the greatest in history. Valve
so obviously won because of fanboys.
