Hello all,

Many of you are reporting that you are unable to download the Stone Prisoner DLC. We've identified the issue that is causing thing and are working on a resolution. We're aiming to have this completed as soon as possible, and will update you  when the fix is complete. Once it is, the content will appear for you again if your account is entitled to it.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

UPDATE: This issue has been resolved. If you continue to experience trouble downloading Stone Prisoner, please let us know. Thanks!

Is there anyone on this forum who can give ANY information about Awakening patch ?? I am awaiting 4 days for the response from EA, they sent me some nonsenses, completely not connected with my question and I don't already know who i can ask for help...

try sending your enquiry straight to Bioware people in this thread politely. Speaking from my experience, talking to those live chat didn't solve anything and yield no response, that i became extremely frustrated so i start looking for bioware people on this thread and start sending them PMs regarding my enquiry. i think i sent to about 6 Bioware people. Within 12 hour, i got an official response and within approximately 24 the issue has been resolved. i hope that they will continue being helpful. thanks a lot Victor, Fernando, Allan, Jason, Michael, Chris, and other Bioware employee who have worked in this issue.

But in my case only a patch can help!!! What I am supposed to do my character in Awakening would stop being indestructible?? I have already tried everything...
My completely naked character, without the armor and the weapon is able to kill with bare hands 5 -6 /including troll/ opponents receiving only little injuries... on NIGHTMARE difficulty !!!!  How this way it is possible to play ?? **** ! BioWare and EA don't care, i  cannot so receive no help probably in the end I will report it to some institution because in such case I want my money back /but to this question I cannot also get no reply/.

The stone prisoner download is indeed working now however, the wardens keep dlc is not showing as available to download in the list. Can you check if there is a similar problem affecting the wardens keep download please?

I've just bought the game and the codes won't work to download the Shale goodies. They're invalid apparently...

It's not working for me. When I try to redeem my shale code in the game it says invalid code. Blood Dragon Armour code worked, but shale simply doesn't. And yes I'm sure I type it correctly

Blood dragon armour seems to be fine for me. Do I put the Shale redeem code in the same place, or do I do it via the game as the flier suggests... (The code doesn't work that way for me).

I can't download either as of right now, April 1st 9:15pm EST and this is not a joke. Both of armor code and Shale code worked without an error and then when I went to the list to download them, both products disappeared.

For some reason, I see that I have redeemed the code for this and armor on my account (on the website), but I cant even see where Im supposed to download it.  Either the game isnt linking to this account (same email address on the psn account as on this account) because when i click download it takes me to the store to buy it?

Any news from you guys. My Stone Prisoner DLC issue has been solved, what i did is enter to another psn account ( dont have any content of DAO) enter EA server to synchronize and there it was along with my only DLC purchase Wardens Keep, (and just to point that there no was any pleasent gift dlc until i finally download the SP DLC) BUT STILL my Blood Dragon Armor does not appear
