Yeah I have the same issue as others recently... I enter the codes and my social.bioware.com profile shows them as redeemed but under the downloadable content section of the main menu they don't appear at all.

I'm having the same problem. I put in the Blood Dragon Armor and Stone Prisoner codes and they just registered to my account but never downloaded. It keeps wanting me to buy it.

When I checked my content details on the website... my code from my PS3 game unlocked the armor on the PC and XBOX360.

Same problem here with the Stone Prisoner and the Dragon Blood Armor... once the code entered they disapeared and no download started...

Same problem here. The game took my codes just fine, but neither Stone Prisoner or the Blood Dragon Armor is showing up in my DLC list. Please resolve this soon!

Why don't they just give it to everyone for free this is ridiculous. You'd think that 4 months after being out this kind of thing wouldn't still be happening...



I was with an EA live chat agent last night for about half an hour to 45 minutes telling me to do tons of things to try and fix it (all of which I knew wouldn't work but whatever) and in the end he just said "It's weird! I'm going to forward it to a higher department" and I got an e-mail saying it would take some time to go over it. The guy actually said "It's weird!" T_T

entered my code for armor and shale, it popped out to the downloadable content main page (no confirmation or error) but it was not listed. tried putting it in again, and it says error. created a bioware account (this site), entered my code, registered my game - in "your registered content" area it lists the armor and shale, but this is not appearing in the downloadable content area in the game. i have emailed ea support - havent heard anything. can anyone from bioware please respond?



for conversations sake - this is a major bug. how was this not caught before release? from looking around online this is not an isolated case - apparently da's dlc is broke. The guy actually said "It's weird!" Come on. The response here that it is fixed only to see it is not - sounds like my team of 3 developers, not like a major development corporation. did someone from bioware walk into some guys office with an fax and say "hey man can you look at this? i mean, when you have time - not important or anything" crazy

Yeah that's exactly what's happening to the rest of us. This seriously should have been fixed when the game came out last November... Either the DLC should be made free as anyone who buys it (is supposed to) get it anyway, or when we prove that we redeemed it, and that it's shown on our profiles here, just show them a picture of what the DLC menu screen looks like and get a new code or something... It's unbelievable.

I'll jump on and say this is also happening to me! I have a nice and shiny Collector's Edition. I plug in the codes for Shale, the Blood Dragon Armor, and the Bergen's Honor Items. All the codes take without incident...but nothing else happened. The Stone Prisoner disappeared from the list completely, and when I'm at the main menu screen and select Downloadable Content, the only thing it shows me is the Available Downloads tab. I don't even get options to download the items to my game. I've logged out and in several times, restarted my system, reinstalled the game, and I still don't get the option to download the items. EA Support gave me the run around as well. I don't understand how this sort of thing can keep happening. Is someone not doing their job or something? I may be off the mark, but if I let this sort of nonsense through on my work I'd have been sent to quality control at the *least*, and if it continued I would have been fired! Seriously.



Right now, I refuse to purchase anything else, like Awakening, until the matter is resolved. It's a shame--I really do love the game.

I don't expect much from this company. If I didn't get it for free I wouldn't play this game. But when it doesn't even function correctly, it's hard to accept it even if it is a gift.

I have just checked my Shale and Blood Dragon codes on the sheets in the box. The expiry date for both is the 30th April this year. It may be worth checking your sheets to see when the expiry date is for yours. If they have been on the shelves for some time maybe they have expired before you had chance to use them?? The other items in the collectors edition don't have an expiry date on them.

They've always been April 30th I'm pretty sure. The problem isn't that they were invalid initially... They worked just fine except all it did was make the items disappear from the DLC menu and it didn't start a download of any kind.

Same thing happening with me. I entered all my dlc codes, but none of them can be seen. I can still see the other dlc content available for purchase (feastday items, return to ostagar, warden's keep). I too chatted with an EA rep and he said he was going to forward my issue to someone. What's going on?

Had the same problems as everyone. I downloaded it 2 days ago, and it dissapeared, however it appeared this afternoon.



Not sure if this had anythoing to do with it or not, but I purchased the Feastday downloads earlier today just for fun and when I next booted the game up the Blood Armor and Stone Prisoner showed up in my download que. Coincidence? Not sure.

I'm having the same problem with both Blood Dragon Armor and Stone Prisoner download content. Both redeem codes say they expire April 30th, so that's not an issue. I redeemed under the "redeem code" section in the game's main menu download content screen,. Notcie that the Stone Prisoner DLC disappeared from that menu of availble DLCs. But when I go into the game, no change. Looking at my redeemed promo codes online, it shows I have both redeemed. Help!

Well I'll be damned! Everyone, buy the Feastday Combo pack and it will show up. Both the blood dragon armor and stone prisoner showed up for me after buying it. Only 3 bucks anyway.

No its not resolved!  I bought this game two days ago. I tried to redeem the codes in the box and all I get is "this code has already been redeemed" out of a spanking new sealed box?


I tried looking on the EA help page but i coulnt really find anything helpful.

I'll join the ride for this problem trying to figure out. I put in both codes after buying the game, but it just takes the option away from the list and no instructions were made available at all. Looking around to see if I can find the solution.

Well it's worked for two people so far... And I mean 3 bucks can't hurt can it?
