Well had a chat with a person I just going to post it here so you see how it went. If you dont't feel like reading it all just skip to ending it is very informative. Yeah Right!

: i purchased it through the game it took me to the PS store and I purchased the content from there

Yes, $3 can hurt. It isn't the money value, but the principle behind it. Why should consumers have to spend $3 to get something to work that already should be. EA is severely lacking if so many people have had this issue and it isn't resolved yet. If all it takes is to spend money on DLC, then why isn't this fixed. This whole situation is a joke. Fix this EA!

I bought the CE last friday and same issues with all the DLC codes not working, however after buying the holiday pack it all showed up in the menu for download.

I confirm that buying the Holiday Pack makes the Blood armor and Shale appear on the DLC screen. Well 3 dollars is not much, but its the principle of it all that was poorly handled.

I am not going to be purchasing the other dlc... I mean all we are doing is giving them money because they can't fix the problem. that sounds incredibly dumb and worthless to me. If they wanted more money they should have been working on fixing the problems they already had and not just focusing on more DLC. Bioware was an amazing company before EA got ahold of them. thank you EA for ruining them.

I have the same issue. I bought the regular game and it came with codes for the Blood Armor and the Shale companion.



I entered them from the game first and then went on line and logged in. They show available and linked and I have characther info but no DLC anywhere.



I opened a customer support ticket and they keep telling me to delete my game data and it will work. I did this twice and still nothing.

Friend, I've had trouble downloading the bonus content of my game. I received the Dragon Armor and the Blood Stone Prisoner, both are on my account here at BioWare, but do not appear for download on my game. My console is the PS3, what do I do?

Best friend having same issue, redeemed the codes Monday when he bought the game and now they have disappeared from the DLC box at the main menu.



Any ideas how to fix it?

HEY! He just got it to work, go to the guy you get the control rod from and it should take you out of game and to the store, it will say you have to purchase it but will not be charged, keeping hitting continue and it should download.



Still cannot get the Blood Dragon Armor though....

 I already redeemed the code and it says so on my promo codes list but every time I try to initiate the quest by talking to the NPC on the yellow square it still says I need to download it.When I first started playing and went into the DLC page on the main menu it was there.When I entered the code the Stone Prisoner just vanished.Idk if it downloaded but it didn't work for the game.
It's the same with the Blood Dragon Armor.

same thing happened to me with the promo codes.



im from EU ok just incase. i got the holiday pack for free i downloaded it and the shale or dragon armour doesn't appear but i got the dragon armour by going to ps store and go to search type in dragon age and a list will show you a bunch of dragon age content and on that list was the dragon armour stuff but still cannot get the stone prisoner nor can i get the exclusive CE items either

Had the same issue with Shale and Blood dragon armor - ea-support asked me to delete game data.



Both of them showed up - I downloaded Blood dragon armor and installed it. WEnt back to DLC list - now Shale is GONE!!



Tried the delete game data and re-installed again - Both Are Gone now!!

EA made me delete everything and I lost everything and still no content. They then told me that they added the content to my user and it's not showing up at all.



The funny thing is the content shows up in this forum under my content section.....

im having the same problem this is what they sent me after the third time telling them that there advice isn't working.

Thank you for getting back to us.



I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.



I have gone through your account information and found that you have already redeem your items to your account therefore you do not need to redeem them again. I have checked your PSN ID associated with your account and found that all the items are entitled on your account. I would like to suggest you to please perform the normal connectivity troubleshooting and remove data from Game Data Utility folder.



Step 1: Power-cycle your Modem



Turn off your modem and leave it unpowered for two minutes before restarting it. (This process will restart your Internet connection.)



Step 2: Connect your Console Straight to your Modem



Try connecting your PLAYSTATION 3 directly to the Cable/DSL modem using an ethernet cable. If the connection works, your connection issues are most likely being caused by your router.



Step 3: Disable your Media Server Connection



The Media Server Connection allows other devices to connect to your PLAYSTATION 3. Often, the Media Server Connection is known to cause issues when players try to connect to the Internet for online game play.



Access your Xross Media Bar menu

Navigate to Settings

Select Network Settings

Select Media Server Connection and choose the Disable option.



Step 4: Disable your Router's Firewall



If you are using a router, please try disabling your firewall on the router to see if there is a conflict. If this resolves the issue, please contact your router manufacturer to ensure that the router is configured correctly to allow game play online.



Online Ports:



UDP 3658 (peer to peer)

TCP 6000 (VOIP)



Step 5: Try Deleting Possible Corrupted Update Files



There may be a corruption in the game or update files that are stored on the system itself. Please try deleting these game files and try the connection again. To do this:



Press the PS button on the controller to enter the PLAYSTATION 3 XrossMediaBar

Select the Game tab.

Select the Data Utility and press the X button.

Find and delete all the game data or roster files listed.

Note: When you play online, the online roster will automatically download before an actual match starts.



Step 6: Create a New PSN Account



You can also try creating a new Playstation Network account.



Press the PS button the controller to enter the PLAYSTATION 3 XBM (XrossMediaBar).

Select the Users tab.

Select Create a New User Account and press the X button.

Enter a name for the account and login to the new user account.

Select the Friends tab.

Select Sign up for Playstation Network and press the X button.

Note: When creating the new Playstation Network account, please use a different, valid, accessible e-mail address.

Buying the $3 holiday pack worked for me as well. The stone prisoner/armor/CE items became visible in the DLC menu. I think we deserve an explanation.

I recently tried to download the stone prisoner but it did not work. After putting in the code, I noticed that the offer to buy the stone prisoner dlc disappeared but no content was loaded. I was thinking that the problem was that I did not "make sure I was logged in to this site with the same email address that I am using for my in-game account" Does this mean my psn email must be the same as the email for my Ea account? I realized this AFTER I redeemed my code and then after I changed my psn email to be the same as my Ea email, would this fix the problem? And if not what could I do so I can download my dlc's? Right now I am unable to redeem my stone prisoner nor my blood dragon armor dlc even though technically my Ea email and my psn email

are the same. What do I do?

P.S. My Ea account says that I have redeemed my dlc's but they do not seem to start downloading at all. Also I found that if I was already online on my in-game account, the main menu for DA:O would not allow me to press triangle so that I could sign in to my Ea account yet when I redeemed my code, the site said that my Ea account already has the dlc's.

This part right here says that you still just got a COPY/PASTE form letter.  There are no "rosters" or "matches" for Dragon Age.
