This is ludicrous, if we buy DLC it releases our free content? It sounds like somewhere in that first sentence there is a solution that someone at EA should figure out.

so is it tru that if u buy the feast day combo u receive ur dlc cuz I bought the warren just the other day an nothing happened so I wonder if it's a ploy 2 get us 2 buy something we might not have otherwise bought

not really unless the combo thing only works for US coz in the EU (well 4 me anyways) it doesn't work but sure eu gets the combo pack free so probably has to be unlocked when you actually buy something that costs?

Does buying ANY DLC work? I would rather but the $5 or $7 one than the stupid gift thing. (Canada)

Same problem here, bought the game yesterday. Redeeem codes for stone prisoner and Blood Dragon Armor were each rejected at first try but worked on second try. Now I see them as registered DLC in my profile, but there is no download link associated. For my Mass Effect content I have proper download links though. Also the download Window in the game itself stays simply empty :-(

I think it's the combo pack cuz I bought the warrens keep a couple days ago an nothing so Ima buy the combo pack an c what happens

I just bought Wardens Keep and Combo Gift pack - did not help a bit. All show up in my web user profile, but without download link. Nothing shows up in the game download page, except for my Bioware points statistic. So the game obviously has proper network connection and can query my account, it just doesn't show my DLC. I also tried reinstalling the game and deleting all settings, without success. Unbelievable, it works so well for Mass Effect 2 but not at all for Dragon Age.

Those of you who are still having trouble, can you let us know which region version of Dragon Age: Origins you are playing and which region your PSN account is set to?

I am from Austria/Europe, playing in English on a German Windows 7 32 bit OS. I tried both, the original 1.0 from the install DVD and the Patch 1.03 both without success.

My PSN account is US and I got the Game (with free DLC) from eastore.com - so it should be from US too.

Version: 1.01 (updated with patch) or is there a different "version"? How do we find it if so.
Region: North America, Canada, BC.

Bought the game from the EA store.

Also after reading, NTSC all round: PS3 and game

I am NTSC-US with an NTSC-US account and NTSC-US game with NTSC-US DLC. And buying just anything didn't work for me... Cause while I had the issues at the time I bought return to ostagar and warden's keep and they didn't show up still and I also downloaded little big planet costumes and that didn't help either... Only the Feastday combo pack worked.

Good to know as I was contemplating buying Wardens Keep as the feastday combo pack is the last thing I would buy as DLC.

Bought it from EA store as well and region is US. Still cannot get it to work, says the code is invalid> I can set to sulcher and talk to felix and to get the controlling rod it takes me to the playstation store and wants to charge me $15 for stone prisoner. The stone prisoner and dragon armor are not in the list of available downloads.

Here is what EA told me:



"I have checked your provided information and found that stone prisoner and blood dragon armor is correctly entitled under your account.I would like to suggest you that please try to login with the correct account by using your play-station network."



I logged back in and nothing under the PSN store and nothing under the game...

I bought it straight from the PSN store. Then I guess it make no difference where you buy it.

Whoa, whoa whoa.  I had the same conversation... well a similar one from the same guy.  Here is what he told me:  I've edited out the boring stuff and personal ID stuff.

Karl: This could also be an issue involving corrupt game save files. You will
need to remove game related save data by following the below given
steps.

1. Press the PS button on the controller to enter the PLAYSTATION 3 XBM (XrossMediaBar).
2. Select the Game tab.
3. Select the Save Data Utility and press the X button.
4. Delete the file related to the game.

Confirm
that you have updated the Playstation 3 computer entertainment system
with the most recent system software. You can check the version you
have installed on your Playstation 3 by selecting:

- Settings.
- Then System Settings.
- Then System Information.

Confirm
that you are not using any game modification devices. Unlicensed
devices such as game modification devices can interfere with the proper
function of the software. We do not recommend the use of any game
modification devices or unlicensed products.

I shouldnt have been short with that second guy, but I am pretty sure he had the same name as the FIRST person who told me that they would refer to a higher level (LAST WEEK+) and that I'd get a response by this last monday (which never occurred).  But yes, he confirms to Delete my game data.  I had already deleted my utility data (the install), but why was I getting pissed off?  Because after deleting my 48ish hour saved game file... it STILL DOES NOT WORK. 

I called up and the rep said "why did he tell you to do that?"  He said that is the absolute last resort for any situation.  I got a really helpful person noted that it was in their memos that this is a known issue.  My blood dragon armor wasnt even showing up from bodhum or my pack... this really has become a situation that makes future purchases of DLC or CEs with their DLC exclusives dealbreakers.  The phone guy was really helpful though, and even offered to help with some form of compensation, coupon or something... which is nice... but how can you really compensate for a 48 hr game file...  Chances are I will never go back and play the expansions now, even when they do get them fixed... because it will be like 20ish hrs before Im leveled enough to get through them

It's also the absolute last time I will ever use their support chat. 

For whomever: Im NTSC-U (US release) + US PSN Acct. 

The problem still remains.  My playstation 3 has the purchased DLC stuff removed from the list of available DLC and there's no option to download it, nor is there a separate tab for me to install it or monitor progress.

I'm sure the problem on mine is that I entered all of my codes into the website, much like I do for the actual PSN instead of from the game menu.  So yes, I'm probably partially to blame if that's the case... but seriously?  Why is this DLC crap so convoluded with 2-3 different accounts needed, and all of this other trash?  For god's sake... give us PSN codes so we can use their non-broken ass store.
