For god's sake... give us PSN codes so we can use their non-broken ass store.
Preach it, brother.

I am in Australia with a copy of the game bought from a store in Australia and patched as I went online on the PS3.

I don't know if it is related but I did purchase wardens keep before I started the game the first time and it is in and working fine.
Does DAO use the PSN e-mail automatically I thought I used a different E-mail in game than PSN. That may be part of the issue.

Confirmed that buying that combo pack works. Maybe just buying something works too but that is just maybe...
For those of you that had this work as a fix.... did you buy the combo pack from the TITLE menue or just playstation STORE?
I bought mine from the PSN Store. As soon as I booted the game back up, all my downloads appeared.

Just bought the game, I put in the code for shale, it then said contacting DA servers then nothing happened. Tryed the code again and it said invalid. Then i put in the code for the Blood Dragon Armor on this website and it said i got it but on the game nothing happened. It's really aggravating. There is no Download Progress tab and there is no Installed Content tab. Neither item is on the DLC list.
I am in the same boat as this member. Put in my codes and no download or installed option under the Dowloadable Content. I am at a loss of what to do.
It does show under my account here that i have both for the PS3 but i can't download them.

Ok, Problem solved. Had to manually start the Dragon Age content updater service (PC)
Well that does not help us here in the PS3 section.

If something is advertised as free with game purchase it has to be free, making us buy some content that does not enhance the game whatsoever just to get our "free" material is not only shady but it is illegal.
I would recommend that somebody handle this situation with haste, also make a high ranking member of your company aware of this immediately. I would also advise that you get your legal department involved before people start to realize that what you are doing is false advertisement in the form of a bait and switch. You can call it a bug all you want but the fact is that the company as a whole is telling prospective customers that with purchase of said item they will receive free content. So we purchase said item only to find out that we have to purchase another item for said free content, whether this was intentional or not does not change the fact that the company is held legally accountable for their products as well as their statements.

Where is the response to this? What are you guys doing there at Bioware? Obviously several people are having the same issue all over the world and all we get is some sort of reasoning as to how it might be our fault. Please grow up and take accountability for the fact that you guys have messed something up, then do your jobs and fix it. If buying the feast day combo pack makes the content available then give us all three dollars for the playstation store so we can get our free content for free.

This to me seems a bit extreme. I would really like my content and realize that it could take time, and am more than willing to wait. Just more curious as to how and when i can give the content a try. Keep on trying EA/BIOWARE.

I disagree, I'm not saying we should sue EA/Bioware but something must be done. This is blatant false advertising and the fact that the only known solution for solving this dlc problem for the PS3 is (by pure coincidence) buying something else is just going too far. Sure this may be a "bug" but when has buying another dlc ever fixed a bug? And why has a whole host of people been experiencing this problem with pretty much no response from EA/Bioware whatsoever? The fact that there is a time limit (April 30th) to buy a dlc to fix this problem before we lose the dlc's we are entitled to is just too much evidence to think that this problem indeed what EA/Bioware says it is. This is basically "introducing the problem and giving the solution" an age old form of conning. Giving a time limit before we lose our dlc's just gives us incentive to act without fully waiting out for the problem to fix itself. So although waiting may be good, one has to wonder if we'll even receive our free dlc's even if we still don't have by April 30th.

I recently purchased this game and had a DLC code inside for The Stone Prisoner. I almost immediately downloaded it and had a blast beating the game with the lovely Shale.
I have now created a new character and the village of Honneleath and the Shale DLC is no where to be found on my new character. I recently also downloaded Warden's Keep and that shows up for my new character however.
I am wondering why the Stone Prisoner doesn't show up on my map, among my quests or even under the Premium Content in the Journal.
Help would be appreciated, thanks.
EDIT:
Nevermind, I am a jack@ss; I accidently disabled it >_>
It works fine now; currently on my way to collect her
