I managed to download Shale. I got on the game one time and there they both were (the armor and shale). I clicked on shale and downloaded it no problem. I then went back to the game and the armor was gone again. I've been trying to get it back opening the game several times. No luck as of yet.

I guess that I am still having an issue with the DLC My profile on this site shows my stone prisoner and blood armor is available but not downloaded. I did download it on my PS3 and I am at the point of talking to Felix, but it wants me to pay for the content and download it again. Help!

Wow i wasn't even able to download the dlc's. I just typed in my info and nothing. I shall be trying again soon. Maybe it'll fix itself like for that guy with the chicken pic.

I had the same problems, I even tried the codes from a second game my brother purchased-which has probably invalidated them for his use-it'll probably take another week to get his working.

The first thing I did was enter the codes in-game, nothing happened, the stone prisoner disappeared from the downloadable content list,etc. I sent numerous e-mails, had several chats with the online support people-nothing they did worked and they all said it was authorized on my account.

This went on for a week. I finally got the armor, the stone prisoner and the character creator bonus ring download<i>, after</i> I purchased the combo pack. (They never mentioned anything about this anywhere in the game or on the code card?!)

After purchasing the combo pack, I went back to the game(pressing circle)

but the only difference at first was that the stone prisoner was available again(no armor or ring).

I foolishly pressed download on the stone prisoner, which took me to the playstation store again but it asked me to pay for it. I again exited(circle) back to the game but this time, all 3 downloadable items were there, with "purchased" in italics next to them along with the newly purchased combo pack, which had"downloaded"in italics beside it.

I then downloaded all three, this time it took me to the playstation store and the items had "free" in the price column beside them. the end

Somebody at E.A. needs to find out why this happened-or they'll just mess up other games and lose sales if they keep running their business this way? I'm just saying... this caused me a major headache and I even got in an argument with the retailer because of this.

Confirm combo pack works $3 dollars beats $16 anyday for me. N the time I have to put trying to make this work pay $3 dollars n curse EA for it. Than play ur game happy lol

A simple status update such as "we will fix this soon" would be appreciated. The whole reason I bought this game new instead of used was for the DLC. Since the free DLC content was an obvious strategy to get people to by new you'd think they'd make sure it worked. Let me get busy posting a link to this thread on my various social networks...

Yes, I just clicked on the combo pack in-game from the dlc menu. I also tried the create a new user fix and the stone prisoner appeared but -of course, none of my progress was saved in the new user profile or friends list etc. so I just switched back to my original psn user and the purchase fix worked, go figure?
It just would have saved a whole lot of time if they admitted their error and didn't seem to be ripping us off with false claims...meh.

Customer 04/12/2010 11:00 PMYou have a whole forum of people with the same issue. I downloaded the stone prisoner and blood dragon armor DLC when I started the game. I am at Felix and it keeps asking me to purchase the DLC. My download content on the PS3 doesn't have a tab for content downloaded like your support sections says and going to the EA code tab and exiting doesn't help either. The download content section does not list the stone prisoner as available in the game and my social network account shows that I have the dlc but it is not downloaded. What do I need to do?

Now he's going to send you a reply in 4 or 5 days that says your game is corrupted and that you have to delete game data. If you've read every post in this thread you will know that is not going to fix anything and that you will end up losing all of your progress in the game to this point because the material is under copyright protection and you can't move it to a storage utility. I have purchased the other DLC with no issue however I refuse to buy the feastday combo pack since it has nothing to do with enhancing the game. Plus I have spent about a hundred dollars on the game and DLC so yes three dollars is more than I'm willing to spend for "free" material.

Yup i just bought the feast combo pack as well.  It just now had the two show up (Stone prisoner and Blood Armor) I do admit it is a joke, I guess nothing is every free in this world.

From the psn store or from the dlc section on the intro? I'm just about fed up with this. $2 is not bad but when you say something is free you can't just make it not. Sure EA/Bioware says this is a bug and all but I just feel like our problem just smells too much like a sound business strategy. It's wrong how they're forcing their customers to buy now before the $2 free dlc's become $30. If anything EA/Bioware should extend the expiration date and at least notify us on this page that they are trying to fix this problem rather than just trying to line their pockets which is the impression that I have for this act.

The BD armor did eventually show up again so i'm good now. Only thing i can think is that the feastday packs are somehow interfering with the appearance of anything else. Wait awhile and take the game out and restart the system and put the game back in and check if they are there and repeat until they show up. Otherwise, try purchasing the feastday pack, which may be necessary if the expiration date gets too close. Good luck everybody.

Just a reminder, the card in my game with the Stone Prisoner says it expires on April 30, 2010. Not much time left to correct the problem. Or maybe thats what Bioware/EA are waiting for so they can tell people that the code has expired and can't do anything about it.

That's what I'm thinking too. Either that or they are going to wait until some time after or even until the last second before they fix this "bug."

1. The update has not been solved.
2. Many people have been letting you know that we still have problems downloading the Stone Prison and the Blood Dragon dlc yet there is no response from you whatsoever. I am just one person out of the many who also have this problem.

I can also confirm that buying the feastday combo fixes the issue, it costs a couple of dollars but it's better than spending the twenty or so it would cost to pay for what was supposed to be 'free'.

damn. I just redeemed the code but still the DLC didn't appear. instead it prompted me to buy the DLC. what should I do? of course I can't buy it. I'm not from U.S.

I have the same issue. installed the game mar 25th. used the codes (set up ea account sae time) codes worked said purchased, were marked as downloaded, my profile here states they are downloaded. in game now felix sends me to the ps store to pay for shale. when i click on dlc in the game menu it states new dlc is available and shows me the feastpack stuff, it also has wardens keep and ostegar as i haven't dl those yet but no sign of the armour or stone prisoner. so in the game menu i can't see it downloaded, available to download or purchase anymore. i've reported my issue to ea also.

I'm also still having the problem... I've been watching for resolutions, but even downloading the keep DLC didn't kick it off. I know typically feast day was the one people were downloading, but I'd rather have content I'm going to use...

That is unfortunate to hear. I was planning to download the Warden's Keep in hopes of getting my FREE DLC to show up. I figured if I am going to have to buy some DLC it might as well be something that is worth buying. Can anyone else confirm that downloading Warden's Keep does or does not make other (free) DLC appear?

I think you have more than 10 days, as long as it's showing up as registered content in your profile. I finally sent in my own request to support for a hand, but so far they are telling me to make sure I'm logged in... We'll see how that goes. I'd like to play it though, so waiting a few weeks isn't very appealing!
