I don't care what it costs, even though it was to be free. I did manage to get Shale up and running when my Computer went CTD and I had to start over, again. I want Shale before I order any oher stuff. L1000

I wonder if this has any relationship to the latest firmware upgrade to the PS3 earlier this month. The last time I remember looking at the DLC screen, Stone Prisoner was listed, but that was before I applied the 3.21 firmware update to my system....

I dunno about you guys but I believe the reason why no one from EA/Bioware is responding is because this problem is labeled as "Resolved" in the very first comment. I think if we want to really fix this problem we should comment on another PS3 technical support for BD and Stone Prisoner dlc. Maybe we could even make one (I don't know how). If someone does do this, please post a link so we could leave our comments as well.

honestly in the DLC section of the game, the stone prisoner and the BD armor are already gone but I've inputted their codes already. and in my profile, it's already redeemed. what should I do?

add me on the growing list of people with the DLC issue. it's shows on the bio ware site that I have redeemed the codes and it's available, but when I go to the ps3 to get them they do no show up, I bought wardens keep and it came through fine. I am with those who think they should not have to pay 3 dollars for a download to get a separately free download, for that matter the gamer shouldn't have to pay 1 xtra cent to get a freely entitled offer.
what EA needs to realize is that we, the gamers, are the customers buying their product, there is enough of us that we can make an petition if need be as well as use viral marketing to advertise the issue and EAs resolution of pay us more money and we will give you the free things we offered you ploy, things like videos on youtube, status updates in twitter, myspace and face book and this will cause other people to not wanna buy anything from EA IE some kinda of boycot in buying anything by EA, then EA will see they stand the chance in loosing money they may HOPEFULLY fix the issue
Think about this toyota recall on their hybrid car and how it caused their stock value to drop and customers are starting to not buy their cars

To add another voice to the growing chorus, I have had the same problem with the Stone Prisoner and Armour. I really expected better from the minds behind Neverwinter Nights.

I am locking this thread because it refers to a previous issue related to the Stone Prisoner DLC. The current one is still being worked on by our team and the Sony team. I am watching progress on that issue and will update when more information is available.
