Well, no can do, when you're using a No Mages party like I did in the video.

People still discuss that we're not supposed to win this fight. Well, if you have Sten in your party and want the Kind of Big Deal achievement without losing his approval and calling you a coward  - or just hate injuries - you better win this fight. -

Made long ago in my first NM run with my Rage, I still don't claim I can teach anyone anything. I particularly don't like this movie and my Rage Reborn, recreated and rushed thru Origins for Awakening with no DLC items, did a much better job at this fight, faster, cleaner, with less pausing and with much better use of Defined Tactics for each party member. But I had Morrigan with me then and with her haste, even the High Dragon went down quickly as shown in my:

Ser Cauthrien was done right after the High Dragon, my last action before going to the Landsmeet (with Gaxkang killed on the way, really fast and many times, until he dropped fade wall! grrr) with the same party and gear. Pitty I didn't make a video of it but I was rushing to reach the end and go Awakening! Tactics are the same though. Must get her out of the room, kill one or two that follows and finish her then go back there and kill 'em all! (I don't think it is smart to face them all together and much less that it is some game flaw that the door behind is not locked. Unless someone can give me a logical explanation on how the heck would the door be locked on our back!)

Thank you all for the numerous replies. So, I Stood Down, went to prison and hacked my way out. No great loot and no funny incidents occurred. Strange how she was not so tough at the Landsmeet. I would have loved to have had Ser Cauthrein as a partner, but no options were available for the Warden to draft her into the Grey Warden's Group. Yes, errant knight, I did miss some side quests, but this is my first play through as an Elf Warrior, so still learning the game basics. Thanks all! -El Halcon

Escaping in disguise with Alistair is also funny, though not as funny as having your companions rescue you. There's an armor stand that allows you to put on a disguise. (your stuff just magically reappears once you're out - but you do have to remember to replace your weapons & remove the regulation sword)

Well, if you have a Natural Bodies mod, it may be pretty fun and scary to wake up in a cell, naked, with Alistair making jokes! But to make the best of it, you choose a pair of companion to rescue you. Since it might take you some 20 runs thru the game to watch all of them, unless you reload like a maniac like I did, I've compiled most of the rescue funnies as part of my Banter series.

Again, all the credits are BioWare's. I'm just glad I can demonstrate my appreciation for the game, make some people laugh hard and actually, attract some new customers in the process (they say so in some comments in my videos, over 100 of them so far) so we can hope the series will live for a long long time!
